Noesis Studio presents the game "Road to Cheburnet" (in Russia, "cheburnet" refers to the "sovereign internet," closed off from the rest of the world, hence the name). This is a strategy game in which you are a dictator, your task is to help stifle internet freedoms using all the resources (human and financial) at your disposal.

The authorities are passing laws, developing technologies, and creating entire ministries to STOP you from reading the media, Messagging whoever you want, and expressing your opinions.
